I aim to fill an important gap in physical health services. The wellness industry capitalizes on our inadequacies and insecurities, is inaccessible to most, and generally does more harm than good.

I strive to be:

pre- and post-natal training

As a certified perinatal instructor, I help birthing bodies navigate the many changes that pregnancy brings, including:

  • Pelvic floor strengthening, releasing, and/or rehabilitation, depending on your needs and birth goals and/or experience

  • Safe and soothing exercises

  • Consideration of the possible trauma created by birth

  • Guidance, companionship, and care through your body’s process of becoming a parent
