Strength & Conditioning

Every muscle and system is engaged. We will build new neurological pathways. Alignment and form are key. Working out can - and should - be fun. I love to get to know my clients, keeping our sessions light, positive, and engaging.

  • Anxiety management

  • Breath access & control

  • Stronger muscles & bones

health and wellness cannot exist without social justice.

My goal is to fill an important gap in physical health services. The wellness industry capitalizes on our inadequacies and insecurities, is inaccessible to most, and generally does more harm than good.

I aim to change that.

My values:

| body positive | welcoming | judgment free | anti-racist | lqbtq+ affirming | trauma-informed | accessible (sliding scale available) |

pre- and post-natal training

As a certified perinatal instructor, I love helping birthing bodies navigate the many changes that pregnancy brings.

Pre- and post-natal movement with me includes:

  • Pelvic floor strengthening, releasing, and/or rehabilitation, depending on your needs and birth goals and/or experience

  • Safe and soothing exercises

  • Consideration of the possible trauma created by birth

  • Guidance, companionship, and care through your body’s process of becoming a parent
