Pilates and Yoga

Pilates and yoga sessions are tailored to the client’s specific needs and goals, including strength, mobility, breath coordination, and mindfulness.

Options for Pilates and yoga private sessions:

  • Solo or duet mat sessions in-home

  • Solo or duet equipment sessions at a location I recommend

  • VIRTUAL solo or duet mat sessions


Strength and Conditioning

Every muscle and system is engaged.

Strength sessions focus on total-body, compound moves that target major muscles groups.

We will build new neurological pathways.

I practice from the “mind-muscle connection” philosophy: by focusing on specific muscles during exercise, you can increase the number of neurons firing towards those muscles, which in turn increases the number of muscle fibers that contract.

Alignment and form are key.

I ensure that you understand the initiation points of movement, and I always modify for injuries, aches, and pains.

Working out can - and should - be fun.

I love to get to know my clients, keeping our sessions light, positive, and engaging.

Mind/Body

By combining psychotherapy and movement training, we have access the three main domains of human experience: thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. From this widened lens of awareness, the ability to heal your wounds and achieve your goals increases exponentially.

I offer dual sessions in movement and psychotherapy that create attunement, aid in processing trauma, and help you develop a sense of ease and groundedness.
